Boonen vs. Cav

Looks like Boonen has not let his legal problems keep him from training and Cavendish has put away the Wii. The big sprint showdown in Qatar is tied one all. Pretty sweet to see Roger Hammond sneak away with the win on the 1st road stage, he is a former Jr World Cross Champ and all. Looking at the pictures of Qatar reminds me of the time I drove across the Texas panhandle, no trees and totally flat. I remember thinking if I fell asleep at the wheel and went off the road I would probably run out of gas before I hit anything. Anyway, Cavendish is probably a few years a way for a big Classics win but the boy does have a turn of speed eh?

So I was thinking the other day that if Olive Garden is Italian food for people who don’t like Italian food then roller racing must be racing for people who don’t race? This is the kinda stuff that I am thinking when my girlfriend asks me what I am thinking and I say “Nothing, why?” She already thinks I am weird…
