well said - i'm gonna take Horner's public position and not blame Johan, but man Contador - if there was ever a rider to root against...

Condadork is NOT Big Ring material...

Did he think Paulinho was going to be a better asset on the two stages without radios? I'd take Horner's race sense any day of the week. I look forward to the day he is a team director.

Horner is a rider who, after the big three in Astana, would have been an automatic selection. Horner is a rider that earns the 'Super Domestique' title not because it can flow easerly off a commentators tonuge, but due to the blood sweat & tears.

I thought that Bruyneel was the toughest manager in the business. What a load of tosh. To make three rider choices based on politics could well leave him with egg on his face. Previously he had always chosen the best team & this has been reflected in his success rate.

It'll make the race interesting & may add fuel to fire both LA & LL. I've been saying to friends for a while that I don't think an Astana rider will win the Tour. What Bruyneel has done is to derail his own team before the race has begun. Good job!

agreed, you want to give Contador what he wants rather then putting Horner on the roster thats one thing(i don't agree with it but...). but to not release him so that he may have the opportunity to ride the tour with another team is fucked up. where can i buy my "F Levi, let Horner ride" t-shirt?
