Gotta say, George showed us another use for duct tape. I’ve heard you should always have a little on board to boot a blowout or whatever. Most riders probably don’t carry enough to bandage a dislocated shoulder, but it seems to be getting him to the end of the tour. Forgive his brief whine — not a pussy.

Trust me, Hinault is an even bigger jerk in French. He’s only happy when the subject is how great he WAS. He has never had anything good to say about anyone else. According to him everybody’s a pussy except him. What a prick in any language.

No one giving props to Haussler for finally corking a win after all those seconds this year. Maybe George can take a page from him? Seriously I just have a problem with his excuses and blame game all the time. Also Levi left the tour. Dude is so boring I didnt even notice! Did I mention that dude has a bobble head and wears some sort of bracelet? I will not be buying that bracelet cause he is endorsing it. Dude is so boring that is the only sponsor he can pull.

Amen. It’s not like Big George was taking pulls to make sure he got that five seconds.

And a second Amen for Hinault. I loved the comment when asked to compare Astana ’09 with La Vie Claire ’86 “no, it wasn’t like that at all. In ’85 I won the Tour, and in ’86 we rode for Greg.” Ahem.

Contador can ride a bike, to be sure. But I still can’t stand him. The pistol makes it that much worse.

Yea, I can’t understand how he could blame five seconds out of how many hours is it total now, on Garmin or Astana.
As I was told many years ago, when a wise coach got tired of hearing me gripe about a ref’s call that cost me a match, “don’t let it get that close!”

Yes the Badger would also make a great bouncer! I will have to agree that his Paris-Roubaix “statement” was amazing!

I will also agree George is a pussy that is the same reason he will never win Paris – Roubaix!

I will have to disagree…i kinda like the pistol thing…sorry haha
