The Spring Classics: In the USA le Tour gets all the glory but for me the best week of the year is in April. Flanders, Ghent Wevelgem and Paris Roubaix are the purest most dramatic races of the calendar. No sitting in waiting for the TT. To win here you need a bit of luck, a lot of strength and no fear. The hard men of the North lay it all on the line. A win here and your name is spoken in the same breath as the gods, Merckx, Planckaert, Kelly. Amen

Mastic One: There are other glues but Mastic is the one that keeps my tubbies rolling straight and (sometimes) fast.

Massage/Body Work: Nothing makes me feel more PRO than getting some good deep body work. I am lucky to have one of the best massage therapists anywhere as my g/f. When the real pro’s are in town they go to Rachel cuz they know the power of a great massage. If you live in the 801 you need to give her a call, seriously.
