Being a giver I have decided that I should give my best armchair quarterback advice to some of the riders in the time trial at A Tour of France.

Zabriskie – Dude, you look good in yellow. Go really fast and if anything gets in your way, turn!

Cavendish – Don’t focus on it too much, that would be disrespectful to your sponsors.

Boonen – Just follow the white line.

Lance and Levi – It will be good prep for the start of Leadville

Evans -  Aussie Aussie Aussie, Oi Oi Oi! Seriously mate just smile, you get paid to ride a bike.

Voight – Maybe taking your brake cables out would be good?
