The last few seasons I have raced as much as I could. I tested different formats and profiles, trying to find what suited me, and what I liked. Every ride was for “training” and assigned grave importance. Sometimes I rode by the numbers and data. Sometimes I rode by feeling, knowing what I needed – usually the opposite of what I wanted.
