I actually shot this clip in 2011 and if anything my opinion of the Look Quartz pedals has gone up. I have ridden them in every cindition possible and never had a problem clipping in or clipping out. The Sidi Dragon 2 shoes I have found to be a great shoe for mountain biking. Super stiff, great interface, no hotspots, and light. For cyclocross I actually prefer the Sidi Dominator. They are easier to run in and for whatever reason I seem to be able to clip in faster with them. Not a huge difference but enough that I notice.
